We're looking for an experienced Fullstack Backend Developer to further develop and scale our platform. You'll work on the core of our system that processes millions of call minutes and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Optimize database queries and performance
  • Implement new features for our consultancy platform
  • Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions
  • Code reviews and mentoring junior developers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
  • Experience with MSSQL databases and Redis
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud platform
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Excellent communication skills in English (working language)

  • Experience with real-time communication (WebRTC, WebSockets)
